Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 99db website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively the "Platform"). 99db is an internationally operated online gaming platform providing sports betting, casino games, and related entertainment services to eligible users in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.
By creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

Age Requirement: 21+
You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use 99db. Proof of age is required during KYC verification. Accounts created by underage individuals will be permanently closed.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one 99db account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated bonus funds forfeited.
BDT Transactions Only
All deposits and withdrawals on 99db are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable rollover conditions have been fully satisfied.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 99db will never ask for your password by email or live chat. Report any unauthorized access immediately.
Governing Terms
These Terms are governed by international online gaming regulations applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute, the Operator's decision is final, subject to the formal disputes resolution process.
1. Eligibility
Access to and use of the 99db Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of this Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
- You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.

- You must register using your own personal details and must not act on behalf of another individual.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 99db employee.
2. Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of services on the 99db Platform, you are required to create a personal account. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. 99db reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend an account pending satisfactory verification.
- Each player may hold only one (1) registered account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual will be merged or terminated at the Operator's discretion.
- You must provide a valid mobile number (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink or Teletalk) and a valid email address during registration. These are used for account verification and communication.
- KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo ID.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. Sharing your login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
- 99db reserves the right to close any account that is found to have been registered using false, misleading, or third-party personal information, with immediate effect and without prior notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that all transactions on your 99db account are authorised by you. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, you must notify our support team at [email protected] immediately. 99db will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access that occurs due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 99db Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. By depositing funds into your 99db account, you confirm that the payment method is owned by you and that the funds are not derived from illegal activities.
- Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum single deposit: subject to payment method limits. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are accepted as primary BDT payment methods.
- Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.
- Withdrawal requests are processed after identity verification (KYC) has been completed. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account that belongs to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
- 99db reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
Players may not use the Platform as a money transfer service. If the Operator determines that a player is depositing and withdrawing funds without meaningful gaming activity, the Operator reserves the right to apply transaction fees, delay processing, or close the account.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
99db may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the terms set out in this section and to any specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
- Welcome bonus: new players receive a 100% match on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. This offer is valid for new account registrations only and may not be claimed more than once per household, device, or IP address.
- Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully completed. Bonus funds will expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time period specified in the applicable promotion terms.
- 99db reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not negatively affect players who have already accepted the relevant bonus and are in the process of completing the applicable wagering requirements.
- The Operator may void bonus funds and related winnings, and may close an account, where there is evidence that a player has exploited bonuses in bad faith, including through use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
5. Responsible Gaming & Prohibited Conduct
99db is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer a range of self-management tools — including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — which are available to all registered players from within their account settings. We strongly encourage all players to use these tools if they feel that their gaming behaviour is becoming difficult to manage.
- Players must not attempt to circumvent the Platform's responsible gaming tools or account verification procedures in any way.
- The use of software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
- Collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, and any form of fraudulent betting activity are prohibited. 99db cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in investigating such activities.
- Players must not use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful in their jurisdiction of residence. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is entirely at the player's own risk and responsibility.
- Any attempt to defraud 99db or other players — including through chargeback abuse, false identity claims, or manipulation of game outcomes — will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the 99db Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game titles, game mechanics, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 99db or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any 99db intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the 99db Platform for any purpose without the prior written consent of 99db. Unauthorised use of 99db intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99db and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to the following:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
- Losses arising from service interruptions, technical faults, network failures, or scheduled maintenance periods.
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Any reliance placed by you on the accuracy, completeness, or currency of information available on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcome data.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
99db reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the provision of false information, creation of multiple accounts, or engagement in prohibited conduct.
- Where the Operator has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, match fixing, or any other form of criminal activity.
- At the player's own request — players who wish to close their account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.
- Where the Operator determines that continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the Platform.
Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, 99db reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other violations. Where no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable time period.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by 99db is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
